Your Need

  • You have had a burnout and have come out at the other end. Now you are facing reintegrating into your work and you need to renegotiate your relationship with the work itself, colleagues and line manager alike.

  • You sometimes feel overwhelmed by work, conflicting demands and needs from yourself and/or others.

  • The world in which we live is draining you from energy and you feel too tired to engage at the level you would like to be able to.

  • You have been saying something needs to change in your life and you have a feeling of being stuck in a rut.

My Offer

Mental resilience/fitness and mental illness are the two sides of the mental health coin. For mental illness seeking out a psychiatrists or therapist is advisable. I can refer you to professionals if needed.

Mental fitness on the other hand, is something we can all work on and where I can give a helping hand.

We have burnouts, stresses, we feel stuck. We carry our personal baggage that can at times weigh us down. We contend with living in a world of climate change, geo-political changes, fast pace of life, conflicting demands and social media amongst other issues. This can lead leave us feeling overwhelmed and at times unable to cope. We know solutions are out there but need help navigating them.

I work with my clients to embrace the world as it is, by creating space to feel, experiencing the power of stillness, allowing the solutions that come bubbling up and build resilience to cope and act.

I work in English, Dutch and French

Coaching sessions are available online, face to face at my home practice and/or in the workplace.
